About EzraPro

EzraPro is a marketplace that connects clients with independent local professionals in Israel. The website currently lets you leave a request or apply as a professional ahead of the full launch. EzraPro is an intermediary platform: it is not a party to any agreement reached between a client and a professional and does not itself provide the underlying services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use this site and submit a request.

Submitting a request

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• Do not submit another person’s data without their permission;
• Use the site only for lawful purposes connected to finding or offering services.

The role of EzraPro

We carry out reasonable verification of professionals, but we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or outcome of any service provided by a professional. Any engagement, price and terms are agreed directly between the client and the professional, at their own responsibility.

Intellectual property

The EzraPro name, logo, texts, design and software on this site are owned by EzraPro or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, EzraPro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from any service obtained through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law.

Privacy

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
