Deleting your account in the app

This is the fastest route — deletion happens immediately, with no waiting and no correspondence.

• Open the EzraPro app and sign in;
• Go to the Profile tab;
• At the bottom of the screen, tap “Delete account”;
• Confirm by typing the word “DELETE”.

If the app is no longer on your device

Write to hello@ezrapro.app from the email address or phone number registered on the account, with “Delete account” in the subject line. We ask for those specific contacts so we can be sure the account is being deleted by its owner and not by someone else.

There is deliberately no web form for this: a form without proof of account ownership would let anyone delete someone else's account.

What gets deleted

Deletion is irreversible. Along with the account we remove:

• Your profile: name, phone number, email address, photo;
• All your requests and offers, together with their attachments and voice notes;
• Your conversations with professionals and clients;
• Reviews and ratings you left;
• Favorites and block lists;
• Your specialist profile, if you had one.

What we may keep, and for how long

We may retain individual records for longer where the law expressly requires it — accounting records, for example. Such data is kept only to the extent the law prescribes and is not used for any other purpose.

Anonymised data that cannot identify you may remain in service statistics.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are handled within the timeframe set by the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and we confirm completion by reply.
