Who we are

EzraPro operates a marketplace that connects people in Israel with verified local professionals. This website is the service’s landing page, where you can leave a request as a client or apply as a professional. EzraPro is the owner of the database created from the information submitted here. What data we collect

We collect only the data you choose to provide through our forms:

• Your name and how you wish to be addressed;
• Contact details — phone number or email;
• Your city and the service you need or offer;
• Optional details: timing, budget, languages, price, experience, portfolio link and a free-text description;
• Technical data collected automatically: the page URL, time of submission and basic analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

Data in the mobile app

The EzraPro app for iOS and Android is part of the same service and is covered by this policy. The app involves creating an account, so it handles more data than the website:

• Account: your name, phone number, email address and profile photo. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from them;
• Request: the task described in text, a voice note or a photo, plus category, city, preferred time, budget and the service address;
• Conversations with a professional or a client inside the app;
• Reviews and ratings you leave after a completed job;
• A technical identifier for your account.

Advertising, analytics and permissions in the app

The app contains no advertising networks, analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not track you across other apps and websites, and we do not share your data with third parties for advertising.

The app does not request location access — you pick your city manually. Microphone and photo access is requested only at the moment you record a voice description or attach a picture to a request.

The service address and the files attached to a request become visible only to the professional whose offer you accepted. Data is stored on our own server and transmitted over HTTPS.

Providing data is voluntary

You are under no legal obligation to provide us with your personal data. You provide it of your own free will and with your consent, so that we can handle your request. Without the required fields we will not be able to contact you or match you with a professional.

Why we use your data

We use your data only for the purposes for which it was given:

• To process your request and contact you about it;
• To match clients with suitable professionals and vice versa;
• To improve our service and the website;
• To send you service updates and, only with your consent, marketing messages about EzraPro. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to provide the service:

• With the relevant professional or client in order to fulfil your request;
• With trusted service providers that operate the website and process form submissions on our behalf (for example our automation and email infrastructure), bound by confidentiality;
• Where required by law or a competent authority.

Data security and retention

We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you have the right to review the data we hold about you, to request that it be corrected, and to request its deletion. You may also withdraw your consent or object to direct marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@ezrapro.app and we will respond within the timeframe set by law.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account yourself inside the app: Profile → Delete account. This is irreversible — the account goes together with your profile, requests, offers, conversations, reviews, favorites and block lists.

If you have already removed the app from your device, you can request deletion at ezrapro.app/delete-account or by writing to hello@ezrapro.app from the email address or phone number on the account. We will act on the request within the timeframe set by law. Individual records may be kept longer where the law expressly requires it.

Users outside Israel

The service is intended for use in Israel and is governed by Israeli law. If you access it from elsewhere, you consent to the processing of your data in Israel.

Minors

This website is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its update date, will always be available on this page.
